| The process of arranging for a Caregiver is not complicated.
One of our R.N.s call the physician to obtain a verbal order to evaluate
for services; then makes a home visit to assess the clients current health
situation. A care plan is devised based on the client's needs. We also
request specifics regarding your household living arrangements, and
information regarding a convenient payment schedule if not covered by
Medicaid. Our caregivers are carefully screened and insured. They meet
our high standard of quality, because we know how important it is to you
and your family. Also since they are Home Care at the Lake, Inc.
employees, there is no worry about taxes, Social Security or supervision.
We understand that everyone's situation is unique and with that in mind
our services are highly personalized. Great care is taken to match
caregivers with similar interests, personalities and abilities to ensure
quality care and compatibility. Our care providers receive ongoing
training and are carefully instructed on the support and special
requirements of each individual and family. They are people with a kind
heart and a gentle touch who understand special needs.
The family participates in the employee selection process whenever possible.
We help make
independent living at home a possibility for you or the people you care
about.
